maybe it's just that because the development on the PS3's so "hard" they loose more money in resource to develop for it than when they develop for the x360. then when company's see the ratio of sales even though the x360 sells less than the ps3 in japan they make more profit just because the development was easier and less costly.

i only played R2 Beta on co-op so i don't know how is the competitive but the reason you need to shoot like one million bullets is because there are 8 players shooting the aliens from everywhere so they need to be tough so everybody can get experience points. and the high difficulty helps to maintain the group united because you can't go anywhere without your team. you need the medic for life, you need the soldiers for the heavy weapons and fast kills and you need the special ups because the...

oh **** so many great games at the same time and i only have money to buy one and it's going to be Resistance 2. i'm playing the beta right now and the 8p online co-op it's awesome!!!!!! the amount of action is insane! how can some people say that the online sucks? i don't know.
well at least for me they matter. games like oldschool zelda, mario, sonic never gets old. you can put a kid to play these games and i'm pretty sure they are gonna like it. Mario Bros 3 is still fun even in this days.
besides we can't forget them because they are the roots, the history of what gaming is today and if we forget about our roots our future becomes cloudy and we then get lost at the end.
if this continue then the gaming scene it's going to go through more separation because now we'll need reviewers to reviews casual games and reviewers to reviews core games.
